1.1 Information You Provide
- OAuth Credentials – When you log in with Google OAuth 2.0, we receive your Google nickname (display name), email address, and OAuth ID.
- Billing & Subscription Data – Plan chosen, transaction IDs, last-4 of card (processed by Stripe or similar).
- Project Inputs (“User Content”) – Text prompts, image references, audio tracks, or footage you upload to generate a video.
- Support Communications – Emails, attachments, or chat transcripts you send to us.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Logs – IP, browser, device, pages visited, generation parameters, timestamps, error logs.
- Cookies & Similar Tech – Session cookies for authentication, preference cookies, analytics pixels.
1.3 Third-Party Sources
- Payment Processors – We receive confirmation metadata but never store full payment details.
- Analytics Providers – Aggregated site usage stats (e.g., Google Analytics 4).
2. How We Use Your Information

4. Data Retention & Visibility
Data Types and Their Handling:
Uploaded Materials – Your uploaded content remains private to you as the creator. These materials are stored within your allocated storage quota and time limit, which vary by subscription tier. They will be deleted when your quota expires or when you manually delete them.
Generated Videos – Like uploaded materials, all generated videos remain private to you as the creator and follow the same storage and retention policies as your uploaded materials.
Public Gallery (future feature) – This is an opt-in only feature. Users may explicitly mark selected works as "Public" if they choose to share them. Content marked as "Private" will never be made public by us without explicit user action.
Account & Billing Records – These records are kept for the statutory period, which is usually 7 years, to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Analytics Logs – Raw usage logs are retained for 90 days or less, after which they are converted to aggregated, anonymized data for analytical purposes.
5. Your Rights
Depending on jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, PDPA-SG, etc.) you can:
- Access / correct / delete data
- Object or restrict processing
- Port a machine-readable copy
- Withdraw marketing consent
